March 3 (Reuters) - Recyctec Holding (publ)  RECYb.ST : 
    * Says rights issue was subscribed to about 70 percent 
    * Through rights issue company raises proceeds of 23.8 
million Swedish crowns ($2.64 million) before issue costs which
